Yes, we offer maintenance services to keep your deck looking great. We can power wash, stain, and repair your deck as needed.

Hot tubs can be a  great addition to any deck and can also add a new level of relaxation. To successfully install a Hot Tub to a raised deck, it requires several steps and planning to maintain structural safety. 

All Hot tub supports require engineered plans as well as a "beefed up" frame and foundation to offset the weight and movement of the water in the tub. 

We are very familiar with the steps required to build additional support for a Hot Tub and work daily with engineers. 

Yes, we carry General Liability, Workers Compensation, and BOP insurance policies to ensure everyone is covered in the case of an accident,  any circumstance. 

After we discuss all the details of the project, we include all the details in a contract that way everything is in writing to ensure we don't miss any important information. 

Once the contract is signed, we will go over the project's payment terms and begin placing material orders and applying for local zoning, environmental health, and building permits. 

Building permits are required for most deck projects except for when you're only replacing the decking boards, or handrails.

We typically take care of the permit process for our clients as it can be pretty involved and overwhelming for a first time applicant. 

 Permits are a great resource for both the home owner and the builder and it's always wise to have another set of professional eyes looking over the project. Plan on applying for a permit anytime structural work is involved including tearing down and rebuilding a deck, or even making it smaller.
